From our orginal guide, who by the way was great he told us how to set up our phone cameras and DSLRs we were moved to this new guide Nolan - a massive disaapointment. They then spent 10 minutes working out how to get 15 people in each group, for someone who spends all day counting to 15 this should not have been that hard. Couple of things to note - they make sure each group goes in with 15 people so if there is a mis-match somewhere with your original tour guide they will/can move you to another group.
